A bit limited for professional use, but still well worth a buck!

How about the ability to type in values? Including time! Maybe the ability to lock some values, so only the other ones shift?

I often begin with video that has a bitrate in excess of 20Mbps (AVCHD, DV, HDV), if not 100Mbps (DVCPRO HD, ProRes 422). So the data rate is a bit useless for me on the pro/edit quality side of production. It should probably go to 1,326Mb/s to cover uncompressed 1920x1080 at 29.97fps.

Same with audio - it should go to at least 1.46 Mbit/sec - 48Khz, 16bit Linear PCM, the standard for almost all consumer and pro video equipment. There could even be presets for audio - CD Quality MP3, CD, DV/HDV/DVCPRO, etc.

The low end of the target size is 64MB - a bit too large for my taste - 5MB or so would be better (to create email friendly files). And on the other end of the spectrum, 25GB is a bit small for my taste, a few hundred GB would be better - for large, uncompressed files being created on a HD.

Okay, and this is a bit of a pipe dream, but how about the ability to choose from a few compression standards - .h264, .mpg2, wmv and theora (web formats) - and have a quality gauge? Set the bitrate too low (or the target size) and the gauge dips into the red. Set it too high and it peaks out, letting you know you are wasting bits.

Ok, there is my extended wishlist. I would buy the program again if that stuff were changed!

Thanks!
