You have to upload a small php-file to your shop server before using this application.
The App was successfully tested with osCommerce v2.2, CREloaded v6.2 and zen cart v1.38a. All further developments will support all these shop systems.

Wow, I fixed a slight issue I had with my modified oscommerce code and it works great.
Have just bought and downloaded the full version and can’t wait to use it.I had been looking to set up an RSS feed of orders / customers so that I could obtain data on the move from the site, so your app saved me time and effort.

Do you have a different link for the app? I do not have itunes installed, is this a problem? My partner has the iPhone and I would like to get it for him. Why do the links start with itms:// ?….Anyway, looks great, I look forward to including it in my oscommerce.
The App is available on the AppStore only. On a Mac or PC, this can only be accessed with iTunes.
But your partner can load it directly on his iPhone using the mobile AppStore. Just search for “MyShop”.
Hi there,
just tried to login to my webshop from the Iphone. There are two logins to my webshop, the .htaccess login in the /admin/ section and the regular login by the webshop. You are probably asking about the second in the settings of the iphone (where it asks server, login, password).
Is there a way to access the shop anyway? I don want to remove the .htaccess login.

Why do you have two logins? Doesn’t make sense in my eyes. There’s currently no option to set up both kinds of authentication, maybe in a future version. It should work, if both usernames and passwords are the same, but never tried it… I’ll create a task for myself, so I don’t miss it
Its just safer, I have been hacked twice and the .htaccess is just another barrier to keep unwelcomed guests out of the /admin directory and beyond.
At the beginning of osc, there wasn even an admin login, there was just this .htaccess gate

Trigan69 is right. Only the admin login not safe for the oscommerce shop. You need the .htaccess login to make the shop safe.

Cool app. Would definitely purchase, except I would def need multi-store. I operate 9 stores for 9 diff product lines (so no possible way to join) and it would just drive me crazy to have to change the url and login details everytime i wanted to check out information. Not to mention having to delete data from each store. I would be willing to pay 9 x $12USD to get a multistore app. Everything else is great.

Hi. It would be very helpfull to add a seach option for the contacts. I have more than 6000 custemers in my shop – and it’s timeconsuming to find a specific custemer. I think this would help a lot other MyShop users.

This works sooo great!! I’m getting a lot of my oscommerce clients to use this, but a lot of them have droid and blackberry phones. Is there any plans for this to come out for Droid phones or blackberries? I’d donate some money for the cause.

Hi – great app – use it for our store but +1 for other platforms – looking to ditch the iphone and get a htc desire this year which is an Android phone – just your app or finding a similar one for that platform that is stopping me at the moment. I really like the app, but i have a question:
We have over 6500 orders and 6800 customers, and i want all the orders to be searchable via the app.
All the customers are there, but not all the orders – whitch only seems to load 25 per time (even if i choose “all”)
Could you do a version that also searches “online” and not only the data that you have downloaded?
Or maybe the function to really download ALL the orders to the iphone and not as now – only 25 at a time.
This is important, cause you really want to have the “whole” shop in your iphone!

You can load more orders by pressing the button “load more…” at the end of the order list.
Will you also create an iPhone app so customers are able to shop through the iPhone like the Amazon app?

a) No, because I think that nobody want to download (or even buy) an app just to be able to buy other things. You better search for a iPhone friendly style sheet for your shop pages. There are many iPhone contributions out there.

I installed the plug in 1.5.2 and downloaded the MySHop iphone app, but is not working
, I keep getting the Login Failed or Path wrong error. I’m sure that the username and password are correct and a think I enter the Host and Path using the correct format.
I try to configure the MyShop app Host and Path in different ways, first
Host = https://www.domain.com and Path = /admin/iphone.php
then
Host = https://www.domain.com/ecommerce/os/catalog and Path = /admin/iphone.php
None of the above settings worked
, any ideas or suggestion will be appreciated.
One thing to notice is that my ecommerce have a .htacces file in two places, under Catalog and under Admin it have always being like that and I have no problem login in using a regular browser.

Is the .htaccess file the only authentication? If yes, you can leave the .htacess setting off and enter username and password on the main settings page. See http://malorny.net/myshop/faq/ for details. If you get login errors, please send me the error log (support email) out of the app.
When I go into my admin via a regular browser I get prompt for username and password, that let me get into the Admin main screen, but then if I click any of the links it will ask me again for username and password one more time. After that I don’t need to enter username and password anymore.
I don’t know if that is what prevent your app from work, but I don’t think it’s.
I purchased MyShop a while ago. Now it does not start up anymore. When I tap on the app the start screen shortly pops up but the application immediately closes down.
What could be the problem?
Did you change anything on your device? Did you make the iOS 4 upgrade? Please go to the MyShop settings and try resetting the database.

Have a look at the API (http://malorny.net/myshop/api/). If you can make an own iphone.php according to the API, the App will run with that shop.
Great app and implementation! The only problem we have is that we’ve added/changed the order status fields. All the iPhone orders are red versus red, green, etc. How can we control the colors of the order status?
Thats not (yet) possible, but it’s a planned feature to add a preference page for user defined status colors.
Have suddenly started to get an error saying we have an old version of the shop plug in even though we have 1.5.2 installed. Shop is zencart and the app has been working fine for the last couple of months.

Yep. Seems to be a bug in the latest version. I’m working on it. As workaround you can set the version in the iphone.php to 1.6 or higher.
